How do I cancel my Substack subscription?
If you subscribed through Substack, you need to manage your subscription directly through Substack. Go to your Substack account settings, find your subscriptions, and cancel from there. For Author Automations Hub subscriptions, you can manage them in your account settings.
Why isn't my workflow running?
First, check that all required fields are filled in and your connections (Make.com, Zapier, etc.) are properly authenticated. Make sure you've activated the workflow and that any triggers are properly configured. Check our troubleshooting guide for specific platform issues.
How do I upgrade my subscription?
You can upgrade your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Click on "Settings" then "Subscription" and choose your new plan. Your billing will be prorated automatically.
Can I share workflows with my team?
Yes! Author Pro and Founder members can share workflows with team members. Simply go to the workflow page and click "Share" to generate a sharing link or invite team members directly.
