Is lodging included?
No — lodging isn’t included in the $2,500 price. Boerne has several hotels a short drive from the ranch, including Ye Kendall Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites Boerne, Fairfield Inn & Suites San Antonio Boerne, and Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Six Flags West-Boerne. Book your own room once your seat is confirmed.
What should I bring?
Just your laptop, charger, and whatever business you’re already running — titles, spreadsheets, existing tools, login access to your own accounts. We build with what you’ve got.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use email and open a spreadsheet, you can do this. Claude does the technical heavy lifting; you’re learning to direct it, not write code.
What if I don’t use Claude yet?
That’s fine — most of the room won’t either. Day one starts from zero and gets you a working setup before lunch.
How do I get there?
Fly into San Antonio International Airport (SAT) — it’s about a 40-minute drive to the ranch. We’ll send exact directions once your seat is confirmed.
What if I need to cancel?
