Author Automations is built by Chelle Honiker — automation strategist, technology consultant, and CEO of Athenia Creative, publisher of Indie Author Magazine and creator of StorytellerOS.
AI + automation for people who publish and promote their own work.
In 2021 Chelle co-founded Indie Author Magazine, and spent the years since building the automations and systems that kept it running without burning her team out. Author Automations is where those same systems get handed to you.
Chelle speaks at conferences and on podcasts — Author Nation, Self Publishing Formula, The BookFest, London Book Fair, and more — and teaches through Indie Author Training. She served as Programming Director for Author Nation for two years. Beyond Author Automations, she’s the founder behind Indie Author Magazine and Indie Author Training, and she built two apps for authors from scratch: AA Social and StorytellerOS.
One thing Author Automations won’t teach: how to write your books with AI — there are terrific instructors already doing that well. My lane is the business side, the operations and marketing that keep the lights on, so you get more time to actually write.
